The Snuggle Bunny Classroom and Mom's Dashboard pages require you to log in before you can access the content on those pages. The easiest way to log in is to go to the My Account page where you will be presented with a link to log in.
The easiest way to tell if you are already logged in is by going to the My Account page. This page will tell you if you are logged in or not and give you the opportunity to log in if you are not already logged in.
Go to the My Account page and log in if you have not already. You will then be able to see if we have any records of programs for you with that email address you logged in with.
The Mom's Dashboard page is for moms only and is password protected.

Currently the House Fairy site only supports personalization for up to four children. Our elves are working to expand this limit in the future.
When you are looking at the videos, if you move your mouse to the right side of the video, you should see a list of videos. You can then scroll up and down to see the complete list of your videos.
That is probably because due to a slow internet connection. Play the video all the way through once. It should then play smoothly. If this doesn’t work, please contact us so we can ensure that all is working properly on our end.
